Lumiere Black Rock is Lowe Living's latest development, inspired by the naval history of Half Moon Bay, a half-dozen luxury condominiums that elegantly pay homage to the bay's environment. The wreck may not be a typical source of architectural inspiration, but the project architects Warren and Mahoney chose to refer to the wreck HMVS Cerberus.
